Melandrus Arrows + Rend Enchantments isn't the most effective combo ..
Insidious Parasite costs too much as well.

imo cap Punishing shot or Crippling Shot and add it to the bar. Troll Unguent may be nice as well in RA.

Instead of Rend Enchantments, you can also consider Gaze of Contempt as another option.

Faster Recharge and can remove Monk Enchantments without worry vs. Non-conditional removal and less energy.
